In 2009 the St. Louis Zoo had Penguin Walks on Sundays when the temperature was below 50 degrees. They would open the doors and let any penguin that wanted to go out and mingle with visitors, head on out. Of course it was the “show offs” that wanted to go. This made everything very entertaining.
