The New Kiener Plaza

The new Kiener Plaza used the same statue as the old plaza and everything else is new. This is a gathering place for sports rallies in St. Louis, particularly the Cardinals and Blues. New Kiener Plaza

The new Kiener Plaza opens this space while giving the nice view of the Old Courthouse and Arch. It was pretty cold this day so there were not many people in the new area. New Kiener Plaza

St. Louis Downtown’s Kiener Plaza. The Plaza just had a complete remake leaving only the statue. This great view includes the plaza, the Old Courthouse and the Arch. A wide lens allows you to get up close to the fountain while including the buildings and arch. Also this photo was taken well after sunset givingContinue reading “New Kiener Plaza”

The Courthouse is the site where an enslaved husband and wife, Dred and Harriet Scott, sued for their freedom, and Virginia Minor sued for a woman’s right to vote in 1872. Also, the St.Continue reading “Kiener Plaza”
