I have passed this bridge on Lake Tomahawk dozens of times over the past 60 years and never noticed the boathouse tucked back in a cove behind the bridge. Amazing Lake Minocqua

Lake Minocqua is known for it’s sport fishing and scenic boathouses. Fish include: Musky, Panfish,¬†Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike and¬†Walleye. It was a popular fishing hole for General Eisenhower and his family who regularly visited after the end of World War II through the 60’s. Red Boathouse

Here is a small boathouse on Lake Tomahawk in Minocqua, Wisconsin. Lake Tomahawk is part of a chain of lakes in what is known as the Lakeland area.
