This is the chapel on the grounds of the White House Retreat in South St. Louis County. Retreats last several days and are held in silence. This chapel overlooks the Mississippi River on this cold foggy morning.
Planetarium
Our local Planetarium in St. Louis. This is part of our science center and they do a good job of lighting the top. This is part of the Christmas theme and there is even a bow!
Winter at the Boathouse

Forest Park

Usually I am there for a sporting event or some other occasion and do not have the opportunity to take photos like this or the one before it. Since it is after sundown (dark), it takes time to scout a location,Continue reading “St. Louis Courthouse”
City Garden Fountain
St. Louis installed a fun little park in their downtown area called City Garden. This is a sculpture park with all kinds of statues, water features and interactive devices. Here is a scene of a computerized fountain with the city court building in the background.
