The City Hall of University City, Missouri, was built in 1903 as the “Women’s Magazine Building”, the headquarters of a magazine publishing company, and became a city hall in 1930. This is an antique streetcar recently installed in the the University City “Loop” area and terminates in Forest Park by the Missouri History Museum (in the background). I did not have to go too far for this photo! I live in University City and this is an area here called “The Loop,” an area filled with bars, restaurants, boutiques and college students. Needless to say, it is a colorful area.
