A walk around Forest Park’s Post-Dispatch Lake gives this particular view. From this perspective, you would not know that you are in the center of St. Louis’ metropolitan area, surrounded by homes, apartments, hospitals and commercial areas. You would expect to find a Duck Blind nearby.

Main Street USA. Everyone in Harbor Springs, Michigan flies the American Flag adding to the atmosphere of this small town.
Burlington Zeypher
The Burlington Zephyr or Pioneer Zephyr entered service in 1934 and continued until 1960 running in the MIdwest. The Zephyr now resides at St. Louis’s Museum of Transportation. All digital photos are color. Post processing was used to tone the photo and convert to black and white. Most of this was done with Lightroom.
